At Belarg, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order. Please review the following cancellation terms carefully to know when and how cancellations can be made.
Cancellation Window
Customers are allowed to request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. During this period, most orders are still in the early stage of processing and can usually be canceled without issue. After the 12-hour window, our fulfillment team may have already started preparing, packaging, or dispatching the product. In such cases, cancellations cannot be accommodated. We encourage customers to act quickly if they wish to cancel.
How to Cancel
To initiate a cancellation, please email us at support@belarg.com. In your email, kindly include your order number, full name, contact details, and a brief explanation of the reason for cancellation. Providing all details upfront allows our team to locate your order quickly and maximize the chances of a successful cancellation. Delays in communication may reduce the likelihood of the order being canceled in a timely manner.
Non-Cancellable Products
Please note that customized, engraved, or monogrammed products are non-cancellable.
These items are specially crafted based on customer specifications, and production usually begins immediately after confirmation. As such, they cannot be canceled once the order is placed. We recommend carefully reviewing your customization details before completing checkout to avoid any issues later.
Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been shipped or is in transit, we regret that it cannot be canceled. However, you may choose to accept the delivery and then proceed with a return request under our standard Return & Refund Policy (subject to eligibility). Please note that shipping charges may not be refundable once the item is dispatched.
Refund Timeline
For approved cancellations, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refunded amount should reflect in your account shortly thereafter.
