Return and Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure every customer is delighted with their Belarg purchase. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, our return policy is designed to make the process smooth and fair.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, authenticity cards, and tags. Items must show no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized products—including customized, monogrammed, or made-to-order leather items—are non-returnable due to their unique nature. Similarly, discounted final-sale items or products showing clear signs of wear cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, please email support@belarg.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our support team will provide step-by-step guidance and a return authorization if applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns not caused by an error on our part (e.g., change of mind, size issues), customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping method to avoid loss in transit. If the item received was defective, incorrect, or damaged, Belarg will cover the full cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
Once your returned item passes inspection, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Customers will be notified once the refund has been processed. Please note, banking timelines may vary depending on your provider.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
